Choose the classes that fit your schedule so you can stay consistent and fully engaged. Whether you are continuing your path in career growth, wellness, or community support, there is more here for you.
We are also bringing fresh energy this semester with special workshops and events designed to keep you inspired, connected, and moving forward. Stay plugged in. You do not want to miss what is coming.

Defining Your Good:
Reclaiming What Wellness Means for You
Mental Health America (MHA) has announced the theme for Mental Health Month 2026 as "More Good Days, Together." The campaign focuses on defining what a "good day" means to individuals, promoting connection, and fostering community support to improve mental wellness.
Not every “good day” looks the same—and that’s okay.
This workshop creates space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what feeling well truly means in your everyday life. Through interactive exercises and meaningful conversation, you’ll explore how to honor your emotions, recognize small wins, and extend yourself grace on the hard days.
This is your invitation to slow down and redefine good days in a way that feels real, sustainable, and true to you.
